When the customer, a leading media monitoring agency, approached us for managing part of its clipping operations for print content, we knew we could improve not just quality of deliverables but the process itself.

Four years down, we continue to manage the entire back-end digital clipping services for the customer. The process is automated and scaled to match the increased production volume. There has been a significant improvement in turnaround time, with a speedy delivery ranging from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
